Valley View Suite is located in the beautiful area of Fish Bay on the south side of St. John. The suite is over 600 square feet. Relax at the pool surrounded by the lush tropical gardens. Overlooking the mountains and National Park, Valley View is a haven for those enjoying quiet and private vacations. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of island artwork, wicker and rattan furniture throughout and is impeccably maintained.

Valley View has all the amenities one could desire. And Valley View is kid friendly! There is space for up to 3 guests maximum - 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. No extra charge for 3rd guest! The owners reside on the main level and are there for all your needs but quietly tucked away for your privacy. From Valley View, it is a short 12 minute ride to the National Park beaches on the north shore and just 3 miles to Cruz Bay town.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation for any of our homes. The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, all monies are refundable if the vacation home is re-rented, less 20% administrative costs based on the total villa rental. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands hotel tax of 8%. Most villas require a refundable security deposit. All rates are subject to change. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. We highly recommend travel insurance.
